All my products are handmade by me in my studio in Cornwall. I use the very best quality eco-friendly materials, including recycled gold and sterling silver. All packaging is plastic free.

Please allow the acquired processing time for your item to be made. (See item description for more details)
Once shipped items usually arrive next day but please allow 1-2days for arrival via Royal Mail.
£5 (roughly 6 Euros or 6.5 USD)
Europe- arrival time is around 5-7 days once shipped.
US- arrival time is around 10-14 days once shipped.
I accept all major debit and credit cards as well as paypal payments and etsy giftcards to make the transaction as easy as possible for you.
Once payment has been made in full I will ship items out.
Any commission items will need to pay a deposit before any work begins to confirm your order and I will discuss further details of payments with you. A payment plan can be put in place if necessary. The final payment will be the overall cost of the item minus the deposit and any other previous payments- if working to a payment plan.
TIMELINES FOR DELIVERY AND COSTS ASSOCIATED
All READY MADE items will be posted within 24 hours of purchase (on working days).
For all MADE-TO-ORDER products please allow between 3-14 days before your item is shipped whilst I lovingly hand make your piece. (Please see individual item listing for further details on turn around times- for items that need hallmarking please allow 14 days making time.) Once completed I will message you to confirm that your item has been shipped.
WHAT HAPPENS IF EITHER PARTY DOESNT DELIVER OR PAY
Items will only be posted once full payment is received- if you wish to set up a payment plan for a specific piece please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss and arrange. The product will only be shipped once the final payment is completed. This includes all commission and custom-made items.
Please give notice of any issues as soon as possible. If it is regarding an item that has been shipped to you please contact me within 14 days. If you are unsure of any details please message me with any questions and quereies.
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
I take pride in my work and really want to you love your handmade piece but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or are having issues with sizing etc please contact me within the first 14 days of receiving your piece and I will try my hardest to rectify the matter if that results in adjustment, exchange or refund.
CONDITION OF PRODUCT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
Please return items in the perfect condition that you received it in.
REQUIREMENTS- RECEIPT/ PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please make sure you keep your receipt/ order number as ref of your purchase. We will also ask for your name and address to confirm.
WHEN YOU CAN EXPECT A REFUND
Please expect a refund within 7 working days after we have received the item back or within 7 working days of confirming the cancellation of your order.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING POSTAGE COSTS
The customer is responsible for the postage costs of the item. If you are returning an item for a refund we will refund the product in full minus the original postage costs.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN INC SALES ITEMS
Items not eligible for return include stud earrings for hygiene reasons. You are eligible to return earrings with hooks but for hygiene reasons the earhooks will have to be replaced so a deduction of £2 from the original purchase price will be the amount refunded.
PLEASE NOTE ANY COMMISSION ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN CUSTOM-MADE TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE RETURNED.

AM I ABLE TO SUPPLY SUBSTITUTE GOODS/SERVICES OF EQUIVALENT QUALITY & PRICE?
If the customer wishes to exchange an item for a piece of equivalent price, or pay the difference this is by all means possible. Please note that commission items are not included for this option.
